三叶罗茨鼓风机是本公司综合了国内外各种型号罗茨鼓风机先进的技术特点的基础上、自动开发的一种新产品。产品的研制开发运用先进的CAD铺住设计和先进的加工工艺，确保了风机性能，并已在国民经济领域:污水处理、面粉、水产养殖、气力输送、电力、水泥等行业得到了广泛的应用。产品风量范围广、分档密、升压高，近20个型号，百余种规格，三叶罗茨鼓风机口径从50到350，各型号详细参数详见各型号介绍。

       The three-lobe Roots blower is a new product independently developed by our company on the basis of integrating the advanced technical features of various Roots blowers at home and abroad. Advanced CAD-assisted design and sophisticated processing technology are adopted in the R&D of the product to ensure the performance of the blower. It has been widely used in many sectors of the national economy, such as wastewater treatment, flour processing, aquaculture, pneumatic conveying, electric power, cement and other industries.The product features a wide air flow range, fine classification, and high pressure boost. There are nearly 20 models and more than 100 specifications. The port size of the three-lobe Roots blower ranges from 50 to 350.       主要配件(机壳、端盖、轴、叶轮)全程采用数控加工中心制作完成，主要外购采用NSK，FAG轴承，株洲齿轮，美国盖茨皮带，台湾TTO橡胶油封,提高了风机效率降低了噪音，将风机的使用寿命延长至10年以上!

      Main components such as casing, end cover, shaft, and impeller are fully manufactured using CNC machining centers. Major purchased components include NSK and FAG bearings, Zhuzhou gears, Gates belts (USA), and TTO rubber oil seals (Taiwan). These components improve blower efficiency, reduce noise, and extend the service life to more than 10 years.
